The title of the session is also the title of a book.

The session had some useful small ideas for moving the needle on student engagement and to thereby increase graduation rates. Some seemed useful. Some ideas were a little scary- poems about backgrounds on the first day for instance. I worry with that one about a student who had horrible experiences as a youth.

There was no major takeaway.
