Splitting a Name in Excel

This is not the deepest or most important post – it kind of ranks with the one about turning headers purple- but I know I want to remember how to do this and it might be helpful for some others. When Microsoft Forms captures data from Henry Ford College automatically it puts the respondent’s first and last name in the same field. If you are working with a lot of data you do not want that. You probably want to alphabetize for instance. The video below shows how to split the names.
