NOT BASEBALL

This presentation covered stereotypes about generations. It closed with ideas of how to teach someone who fits the stereotypes of someone born about 20 years ago. I already do all the recommendations except negotiation of policies. At this time I think allowing negotiation of policies in a service division will lead to more trouble than it saves. I think I could be persuaded to do this in a capstone course.
