NOT BASEBALL

My Math Lab is part of Pearson’s course management system that is sells with books.  I believe the last thing I wrote about it was a rant about how the new edition made it hard to make a blog the announcement landing site.  It appears Pearson fixed that some time in the last few months.  I still find the navigation very unfriendly in the new design so I’m writing the steps here for my reference.

Select the modify just above the menu once you enter a course.
Click the Add & Arrange Tab on the window that appears.
Scroll down and add a new item.
Select Linked Content from the pull down menu.
Name the button and add a link to the desired content.
Save using the button.
Move your button up to be the first button so that it appears when the course loads.
