A pair of presenters from Florida told about how they had three committees rethink K12 to college transfers, college to university transfer, and (essentially) pathways. They discussed challenges, commonalities, and results. I have details if you are interested.

One recommendation is materials any student (or faculty member) would have access to materials similar to a placement boot camp. This is an interesting idea for Michigan.
